Reward basics.
When do points show up?
Points are claimed after a completed ride is paid. The account dashboard refreshes ride and reward data from the live API.
Do scheduled rides earn points?
Yes. Completed scheduled rides earn through the same reward rules as ride-now trips.
How do redemptions work?
Pick a reward in the Rewards tab. It shows as pending, and your driver or the operator honors the discount on your next ride.
Where do I see tier progress?
Open the app, sign in, and use the Rewards tab in your account dashboard.
